Axiado Strengthens Board with New Members
Industry leaders Zino Chair and Mike Hurlston to join
Axiado Corporation announced the appointment of two new members to the company’s board of directors, effective September 8, 2020. Joining the board are Zino Chair and Mike Hurlston.
“We are pleased to welcome industry veterans Chair and Hurlston to our board of directors,” said Dave Welch, Axiado board chairperson. “Their expertise in building successful companies and profitable products will play a vital role as we bring industry-changing technologies to the security market.”

“With their many years of high-level experience directing successful technology companies, these leaders will accelerate our efforts to make every system highly secure,” said Gopi Sirineni, Axiado’s CEO.
“I look forward to joining the board,” said Chair. “Axiado is reimagining the Zero Trust paradigm as they design secure architectures from the ground up.” Chair is currently CEO of Cortina Access, a leader in the infrastructure connectivity market. He has co-founded multiple successful startups over more than 20 years in the networking and telecommunications industry.

Hurlston commented, “This is an exciting time to join Axiado as we secure potential customers and define AI-enabled security for every system.” Hurlston is currently President and CEO of Synaptics, a company focused on human machine interface solutions for automotive, mobile, PC, and smart home applications. Prior to Synaptics, Hurlston was the CEO at Finisar where he oversaw their acquisition for $3.2B. At Broadcom, he led the connectivity division to be the leader in the market.
