Talkdesk Expands Product Leadership to Drive Customer Experience Innovation for Industry-Specific Business Needs

Appoints global head of industry product and engineering and new product management leaders to address the unique requirements of key vertical markets

Talkdesk, Inc., the global customer experience leader for customer-obsessed companies, announced the appointments of Venkat Iyer, Rohit Madhavarapu and Scott Bright to its product organization in new roles aimed at providing next-generation contact center tools and capabilities for industry-specific needs.

As vice president and global head of Talkdesk product and engineering, Iyer leads the company’s expansion of research and development efforts across a wide range of industry verticals. Prior to joining Talkdesk, Iyer built and led international product teams at several startup organizations and globally recognized brands including SAP, serving as vice president of the SAP Cloud for Customer Industries portfolio. Most recently, he held the position of chief product officer for Traform, where he oversaw product strategy and execution, customer success and product management.

Talkdesk vice president of product management for healthcare and life sciences Madhavarapu leads strategy and delivery of products that create seamless, personalized and connected interactions for patients and health plan members across healthcare and life sciences. Madhavarapu’s 20-year career in the healthcare field broadly spans the ecosystem and includes more than a decade at Epic leading enterprise implementations for many top U.S. healthcare systems. Most recently, Madhavarapu co-led Salesforce’s product development for its customer relationship management solution targeting healthcare and life sciences.
