These key roles support the further expansion of Merkle’s Salesforce practice to help clients achieve the maximum value from their investment, across implementation, integration with their existing tech stack, and ongoing management to deliver and accelerate their customer experience transformation programmes. The appointments come on the heels of the recent Pexlify acquisition in the UK and Ireland, and follow Michel Mayor’s promotion to global Salesforce Practice Lead in March.
With the recent promotion of Michel Mayor as Global Practice Lead, Xavier Bocken has been appointed as VP EMEA Salesforce Practice Lead. In his new role, Bocken will be collaborating with senior growth and operation leaders to ensure accelerated growth of the Salesforce practice. He brings with him 20+ years of martech experience, acting as client sponsor to Merkle’s strategic EMEA customers, and will drive collaboration across the region’s practices.
Jean-Marie Voegeli joins as Salesforce Practice Operation VP, bringing 15+ years of international programme management expertise. Voegeli’s wealth of delivery experience will allow Merkle to develop common delivery practices and shared resources management processes across its regional practices to support Merkle’s clients.
Nisrine Danaf has also been promoted to EMEA Lead Salesforce Practice Development. Formerly Salesforce Training and Education Manager, Danaf will retain her position within the Merkle DACH cluster and will help to accelerate certification-training-enablement initiatives across the region, offering all Merkle talent the opportunity to become a stronger/certified Salesforce trailblazer.
