Delta Electronics Acquires IoT-Based Green Solutions Developer Amerlux

Delta Electronics has signed a deal to acquire Amerlux LLC, a U.S.-based business that develops IoT-based Green Solutions for Smart Buildings and Cities. As a part of the acquisition, Delta Electronics will also gain control of 100% of Amerlux’s interests the company also provides LED architectural lighting solutions.

Amerlux’s purchase by Delta Electronics benefits the latter’s customers by a broader portfolio of IoT-enabled smart green solutions such as –
