Meindl has successfully guided the strategic growth of midsize and enterprise cybersecurity companies and brings a wealth of industry experience, a proven playbook of business practices, and in-depth technical knowledge to Binary Defense. At every stage of his career, Meindl has established himself as a passionate cybersecurity visionary adept at building businesses and driving explosive growth. Now, Meindl has brought on an Executive Leadership Team with over 100 years of combined cybersecurity experience to continue driving Binary Defense forward.

The new Executive Leadership Team members come with years of finely tuned operating rhythms with most working together in prior roles providing cybersecurity services to global and large enterprise clients.

Joining Binary Defense are the following executive leaders:
Dan Adcock – Chief Operating Officer. Dan offers a client focused mindset that pairs with his extensive corporate strategy and business development background. In his role, he leads all client service delivery functions, ensuring the company evolves and maintains industry-leading cybersecurity capabilities to protect and defend clients.
Tracy Caudill – Chief Commercial Officer. Tracy brings expert experience leading complex cybersecurity engagements and building collaborative teams that create customer value and enable long-lasting partnerships across the customer journey. She is responsible for leading Binary Defense’s marketing, sales, and customer success strategy to drive business growth and customer centricity.
Jason Vest – Chief Product Officer. Jason has broad technical security knowledge and strong leadership and service delivery experience gained through his military and business career. He leads the product team, sets the strategic product vision, and guides the direction of the product portfolio.

In addition to these four new executive leaders, Dave Kennedy and Mike Hofherr will continue serving Binary Defense as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Dave Kennedy, founder of Binary Defense, will serve as Chief Hacking Officer, providing technical expertise, strategic market guidance, and visionary product development impact. Mike Hofherr, in his role as Chief Financial Officer, oversees the finance and accounting teams and helps Binary Defense invest in the right areas to continue growing and serving clients.
