Very soon, it would be impossible to think of a business software that doesn’t have an element of AI in it, and to be more specific, generative AI. Google’s AI team is constantly developing new AI-powered solutions for its entire range of offerings — from Maps to Search to Google Docs, and now Google Workspace. In the recent times, we have been exposed to glaring challenges at workplace that restrict the way employees work and collaborate with each other. AI, by all means, has the power to ease the pain points at workplace and help organizations save millions by managing productivity at scale. In its latest announcement, Google did just that.

Google Workspace is now embedding generative AI capabilities in Docs and Gmail to save users more time and effort in a meaningful and fully-secured environment. This means, Google customers can amp up their productivity suite using generative AI capabilities specifically designed with ever-growing demands in mind.

Using AI in its generative model, Google Workspace users can do much more in less time– from getting started with yours first outbound sales pitch, to crafting and proof-reading lengthy emails to inserting contextually useful and engaging images, audio and video files in Slides — everything happening in the blink of an eye, courtesy newly launched PaLM API for Vertex AI.

At Google, it’s all about creating next-gen generative AI experiences with new machine learning models and capabilities in an accelerated mode.
