—————-

Hi Amitt, you have an inspirational entrepreneurial journey please walk us through your innovations at WOZ?

My entrepreneurial journey began at 15 when I started my first company, and since then, innovation has been at the heart of everything I do. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to lead ventures and create products that have reached millions of users worldwide, had two successful exits, several patents pending, and papers published. These experiences have shaped my business outlook, blending technology and creativity to solve real-world challenges.

Looking at technology as a tool to create more meaningful human experiences is what led to the creation of WOZ. With WOZ, my goal is to rethink how brands interact with their customers. Instead of limiting engagement to traditional digital channels, we decided to bring that connection directly onto the product itself. WOZ is like Siri for your product— allowing customers to engage with the brand instantly, whether they need information, recommendations, or help with troubleshooting. It’s about making the customer’s experience smoother and more connected. For us, it’s about using technology to make those interactions seamless and valuable, and we’re just getting started in pushing what’s possible with AI in this space.

Can you talk about how WOZ leverages AI to enhance customer acquisition, growth, and retention for enterprises?

We are focusing on making interactions between brands and customers more natural and accessible. By incorporating AI into product packaging, we allow customers to engage directly with the brand whenever they need information or assistance. This helps create a more seamless connection between customers and the product, whether answering a question or providing personalized recommendations. Over time, this approach helps brands better understand their audience, which can lead to more thoughtful engagement, improved customer experiences, and stronger brand loyalty.

Discuss the future of predictive AI and highlight how it will help transform marketing strategies and customer engagement in the near future.

The future of predictive AI is all about becoming more intuitive. We’re already seeing AI respond to customer needs in real-time, but soon it will take a more proactive approach. Predictive AI will anticipate customer needs and offer timely product suggestions, personalized discounts, or messages. With deeper insights into customer behavior and purchase patterns, marketing will feel less like a pitch and more like a natural, ongoing conversation between the brand and the customer.

What are the daunting challenges enterprises face when trying to activate and transform data, and what solutions does WOZ offer to address them?

Companies are struggling with siloed data. It’s difficult for them to turn massive amounts of information into bottom-line outcomes. The sheer volume of information can make it overwhelming to pull out meaningful, timely insights to drive real-time engagement. At WOZ, we are helping brands address this by providing a comprehensive analytics dashboard that offers a 360-degree view of customer behavior, from past purchases to current preferences. The platform turns data into actionable metrics, helping marketers refine their strategies, improve decision-making, and better target their audience.

What is the future of AI-driven data activation, and how should organizations prepare for it?

AI-powered data activation is set to unleash the hidden value within unstructured information. It will be all about extracting the essentials from untagged data to create new digital assets. The key to preparing for this shift is laying the groundwork now. The first step they should take toward it is to move their data to operational tools that are easily accessible by users and teams across the organization. Investing in AI platforms and talent can help them activate that data in meaningful ways. For companies aiming to lead in customer engagement, AI should be at the core of their strategy—not just a nice-to-have.

Finally, could you share five tips for young entrepreneurs aiming to make a mark in the AI and data transformation space?

For young entrepreneurs in AI, thorough research is key. Understanding the gaps in the market and positioning your solution effectively is a strong foundation. Staying curious and constantly learning is crucial, as this space evolves rapidly. Building a diverse team—both technically skilled and business-savvy—will help you tackle real-world challenges and scale effectively. Along the way, expect setbacks and be ready to pivot based on feedback. Continuous iteration is part of the process and will help you refine your approach, ultimately leading to success in this complex and fast-moving field.
