Tasked with forging new industry standards, Gaudin will revolutionize the company’s global legal and privacy affairs, expand its base of clients and partnerships, and drive privacy compliance initiatives without compromising on the quality in a dramatically changing legal environment.

An industry veteran, Gaudin brings over 30 years of experience to the role, having introduced cutting edge legal initiatives for a wide variety of media and technology firms including DoubleClick, Adobe, FreeWheel Media, and Comcast. He joins VideoAmp from a private practice that was dedicated to helping clients ink global deals in a data and privacy-centric landscape.
