New AI Applications Showcased at Ivalua Now Improve Automation, Access to Insights and the Overall User Experience
Ivalua, a leading provider of global Spend Management Cloud solutions, announced a broad range of new capabilities powered by artificial intelligence (AI) at its Ivalua NOW conference. This includes a powerful digital assistant, named IVA, available through both a voice-activated interface and chatbot. IVA can retrieve information, create, edit and process orders, provide how-to guidance and handle a range of other activities that improve the user experience
New Capabilities showcased at Ivalua NOW are included in its latest release as well as features that will be launched in subsequent releases. Additional AI-powered capabilities showcased include:

· A broad set of other AI applications to improve automation and access to information
