The Forrester Wave: Intranet Platforms, Q2 2020 report compares 12 significant market providers to help application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals select the right solution for their organization’s individual needs, to achieve excellent customer experience. The report’s conclusions are based on 26 criteria grouped into three main categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. LumApps received the highest possible score in the following criteria: internal communications, information architecture, design tools, execution roadmap, delivery model and four others. A Leader’s status is then determined based on scores indicating strength of the vendor’s overall strategy and current offering, taking into account market presence.

According to analysis by Cheryl McKinnon, Forrester’s Principal Analyst Serving Enterprise Architecture Professionals, as written in the report, “LumApps leads with superior employee communication and site design tools. LumApps has served very large enterprises since its founding and has capabilities to enhance both the Google and Microsoft ecosystems. As a hub for employee communications, collaboration, and knowledge, the vendor delivers ongoing innovation with a frequent release cycle.”
Forrester further recommends that decision makers “Evaluate LumApps when a scalable SaaS platform that focuses on employee communications and works with major productivity suites is important.”
