Pypestream Provides First-Ever eSignature Capabilities Within Conversational User Experiences
Conversational experience and eSignature management cut out physical paperwork for automated, efficient operations
Pypestream, the leading conversational AI platform with all-in-one cloud messaging, announces the market-first integration with DocuSign to deliver eSignature capabilities within digital conversational experiences. Berkley Medical Management Solutions uses the solution to streamline the case management process for clients of Berkley operating units.
“Today, and especially during a pandemic, immediacy is imperative. The transition of essential business interactions, that historically took days, to on-demand interactions that take seconds, fundamentally changes the game,” said Richard Smullen, CEO at Pypestream. “With the first-ever eSignature capabilities directly within an automated, digital conversation, we’re able to organize, expedite and streamline electronic agreements, giving people much-needed relief and time back in their lives.”

Berkley Medical Management Solutions’ Case-E platform will send opted-in users an automated text message containing a deep-link to the Pypestream platform. Pypestream’s DocuSign integration then provides validation processes for patient medical release forms, eSignature capabilities, and clinical care specialist/claim examiner information and data. Without this solution, patients struggle through disjointed communication channels and experience roadblocks when trying to access medical information. The conversational experience is provided in both English and Spanish.
Through one channel, conversational AI cuts out physical paperwork and provides the necessary documentation and patient information.
