MacRae brings more than a decade of expertise in working with innovative technology and startup companies. He has spent his career focused on the intersection of finance, software technology and capital fundraising, positioning companies to attract and secure capital funds. MacRae spent the last eight years of his career in the finance and venture capital/accelerator sectors. Prior to Stateless, he was a Partner at Richtr Studios overseeing the accounting processes of rapid growth and early-stage companies. MacRae holds a master’s degree and BS in Accounting and Business Management from Colorado State University.
