Opus Interactive signs new anchor tenant for 2nd expansion in less than a year

Opus Interactive, a leading provider of hybrid cloud hosting services, announces the growth of its footprint within STACK INFRASTRUCTURE’s Portland-area data center in Hillsboro, Oregon. The 960kW expansion marks Opus Interactive’s second addition of space in less than a year to satisfy growing customer demand. The most recent expansion is fully supported by a single tenant.

Rising demand for hybrid cloud in the region makes this the second expansion in less than a year for Opus Interactive in this facility. Having achieved 30% YoY growth since 2012, the Company’s footprint is currently 1.78 MW in the Hillsboro data center market.

Recognized on Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies List for the second year in a row, Opus’ current locations include Hillsboro, Portland, Dallas, and northern Virginia. The company’s site selection criteria for facilities include market demand, connectivity, and power costs. All sites are minimum Tier 3 rated and positioned to offer high security, grid redundancy, renewable energy, and close proximity to submarine cable connectivity – all of which are key to the company’s customers that largely come from technology, healthcare, finance and government.
