Leads Focus on Diversity, Employee Growth and Retention of Top Talent
Irene Hendricks, an award-winning Human Resources Executive, who has held critical leadership roles with blue-chip Fortune 500 companies, has been named Chief People Officer at DailyPay, the gold standard in the on-demand pay ecosystem.
As the company’s Chief People Officer, Ms. Hendricks will be responsible for devising and executing all people-related strategies for DailyPay, further positioning the fast-rising fintech brand as an employer of choice. She will be challenged with positioning the company’s people practices and infrastructure for expansion to support DailyPay’s planned employee growth.

Ms. Hendricks will report to Jason Lee, DailyPay’s CEO and Co-Founder.
“Irene is a strategic and thoughtful leader who has a proven track record for creating and supporting a dynamic, connective and inspiring people-first workplace,” said Lee.
Ms Hendricks will lead the company’s business partner, total rewards and talent teams.
Her focus will ensure that DailyPay’s “people practices” align with the company’s core set of values, which speak to an inclusive work environment prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion in leadership and staff. She will be focused on attracting, developing and retaining top talent. Ms. Hendricks will also partner closely with DailyPay’s employee resource groups — DailyNoire, DailyGay and DailyWomen.

“Irene is perfectly suited to play a critical role in DailyPay’s rapid expansion, given her wealth of experience leading HR for several of the world’s well-renowned corporations,” said Dr. Donna Hamlin, DailyPay Executive Board Member.
Before joining DailyPay, Irene held Human Resources leadership roles within world-class organizations, including American Express, General Electric, Citi, Mastercard and Guardian Life.
Ms. Hendricks holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
