Campaign Monitor Appoints Sharon Strauss as Chief People Officer

Campaign Monitor announced the appointment of Sharon Strauss to the role of Chief People Officer. Sharon will be focused on all global employee engagement activities and talent management initiatives, as well as the full complement of the human resources function. This newly-created executive team position reinforces the company’s focus on its employees in 2019.

Prior to joining Campaign Monitor, Strauss spent 25 years building her career as an influential human resources leader focusing on change management and the strategic integration of the HR function within business strategies. She most recently served as the Chief People Officer at GetWellNetwork, Inc., where she led the employee integrations of three acquisitions and played a critical role in improving employee engagement which fueled the company’s revenue growth and increase in profitability. Strauss has also held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Tiffany & Co., Opower and Dunkin’ Brands.
