ClearCompany and LinkedIn Partner to Improve Recruiter and Candidate Experience
ClearCompany, the premier platform for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and planning and analytics, announced a strategic partnership with LinkedIn Talent Solutions. LinkedIn’s Recruiter System Connect provides a direct connection between ClearCompany’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter, creating new efficiency for human resources professionals and recruiters managing requisitions in ClearCompany.

The Recruiter System Connect integration allows ClearCompany ATS users to view up-to-date candidate records, enhance collaboration and candidate experience, and see more applicant data directly in LinkedIn Recruiter. Expanded candidate history data will also allow recruiters to see whether a candidate has already applied to a requisition within ClearCompany or has ever interviewed with ClearCompany before the recruiter sends a prospect an InMail.
Mutual clients will find additional value in the increased exposure of available jobs on LinkedIn’s highly visible platform. Additionally, this connection makes the ClearCompany ATS easier to use, as a candidate’s LinkedIn profile information will appear in their ClearCompany profile, providing extra context for recruiters.

We look forward to working with LinkedIn to continually bring a best-in-class experience to millions of candidates and countless recruiters for years to come.”
“LinkedIn’s ATS integrations are driven by our partner ecosystem, and we are excited to launch this integration with ClearCompany,” says Lee Womer, senior director of business development at LinkedIn. “We will continue to work closely with ClearCompany to provide solutions that deliver even more value for both customers and members.”
