Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud is Integrated with Oracle Commerce and Now Available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace

Emplifi, a leading customer experience (CX) platform and member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced that its Social Commerce Cloud now integrates with Oracle Commerce and is available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. Emplifi’s new integration with Oracle Commerce helps B2B and B2C brands achieve increased revenue across increasingly popular social media shops while leveraging an existing Ecommerce ecosystem to increase return on investment.

“Emplifi’s commitment to innovation with Oracle Cloud and quality execution helps our mutual customers receive cloud-enabled CX solutions ready to meet critical business needs.”

With the integration between Emplifi and Oracle Commerce platforms, brands can easily access product collections and catalogs configured in Oracle Commerce, then synchronize and sell across social media storefronts with little IT or development effort. B2C brands looking to capture and convert shoppers on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram shops can also enjoy inventory and order status accuracy because of the real-time, bi-directional synchronization between the two platforms, coupled with real-time dashboards and analytics available in Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud.

Selling across social media shops has become a high priority for B2C and direct-to-consumer brands. According to a study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Emplifi, 52% of B2C social commerce decision-makers lack the ability to manage and/or optimize inventory across social channels and 46% say that their IT is overloaded and is unable to support scaling across multiple social platforms.

“Today’s shoppers are turning to social media to not only discover and research products, but to buy. This shift in consumer purchasing behavior is driving e-commerce and IT teams to invest, but each platform has its technical nuances,” said Todd McCaslin, Chief Technology Officer, Emplifi. “With Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud, brands can easily orchestrate, integrate and synchronize all social shops with leading Ecommerce platforms like Oracle Commerce without heavy development effort.”
