TriHealth Selects Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to Centralize HR Processes

TriHealth, one of the top integrated health systems in greater Cincinnati, has chosen Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to simplify and consolidate its existing HR systems on a single platform. With Oracle Cloud HCM, the company’s HR team will be able to eliminate manual processes and improve the employee experience so its more than 13,000+ team members and physicians can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time caring for patients.

TriHealth was established in 1995 as a partnership between Good Samaritan Hospital and Bethesda Hospital, Inc., and has since grown to become the third largest employer in Greater Cincinnati. The company provides a wide range of clinical, educational, preventive, and social programs through five hospitals and more than 140 sites of care. Recently, the organization examined its existing HR solutions and realized that complex integrations and hours spent on system maintenance could become an inhibiter to the company’s growth if left unaddressed. To address these challenges, TriHealth selected Oracle Cloud HCM for its ability to provide a unified HR system that delivers the latest capabilities and offers the flexibility to meet changing needs as the healthcare industry and its business evolve.
