DataLogix AI Launches Business Data Value Calculator and Opens Referral Partner Applications

Company owners can explore illustrative licensing estimates without uploading records or connecting systems, while professionals with existing owner relationships can apply to become referral partners.

DataLogix AI, a division of Trailblaze Solutions LLC, has launched a Business Data Value Calculator and is now accepting applications from referral partners who work with company owners. The two offerings provide starting points for business owners and advisers exploring potential artificial intelligence data licensing opportunities.

The calculator uses information about a company’s industry, team location, employee count, business systems and available operating history to produce an illustrative licensing estimate. Users do not need to upload company records or connect their systems. The tool does not inspect the underlying records.

Calculator results are illustrative, not valuations, offers or expected payments. An estimate does not establish eligibility or buyer approval. Any potential transaction depends on further evaluation, usable records, permission to share them and agreed contract terms. A transaction may not occur.

DataLogix is also inviting referral partner applications from professionals with existing business-owner relationships. The program is intended for CPAs and bookkeepers, managed IT providers and IT consultants, business and operations consultants, attorneys advising business owners, and brokers or independent sales organizations with owner relationships.

Introductions must be based on an existing working relationship and the business owner’s permission. Partners must disclose their relationship with DataLogix and must not promise dollar amounts, transaction timelines or guaranteed outcomes. Partners do not collect or forward client records. Cold, purchased or scraped lists and mass email are not permitted.

Prospective partners can submit an application for review. Participation begins under a signed written agreement, with approved partners receiving a personal consultation link for tracking introductions. Partner applications and introductions do not replace the separate evaluation of a referred company.
