Dixa Acquires Melbourne-Based AI Knowledge Startup, Elevio
The New Dixa-Elevio Reation Will Benefit the New and Existing Users in Customer Service Personalization and Better Machine Learning Feature
Dixa had raised $36M in a Series B funding, backing from Notion Capital, Project A Ventures, and SEED Capital, to move forward with hyper growth and accelerate the product development. The company managed to get mind-blowing results after the successful achievement of the goals. They experienced more than doubling the revenue in 2020, tripling the product & engineering team, and launching more than 100 high-value features.
Elevio integrated their services with Dixa about two years ago, so that Dixa customers can get a better customer support platform. Elevio automation eases the information access to customers, support agents, and internal teams. The automation based on message data reduces the efforts and optimizes the content. It has a very easy user interface available in many languages. So the consumers having little or no experience could access it without any issues. Machine learning prompts the users whenever any updating or changes are necessary.

“We’re integrated with many customer support platforms. We feel that choosing to become a part of Dixa is a natural next step. We share the same vision of making customer support less frustrating and more meaningful. There’s no company better at delivering multichannel customer support from a single screen than Dixa, and adding our knowledge base to that experience makes complete sense for agents and their customers.” Elevio Co-founder Chris Duell commented.

Dixa considers Elevio the finest knowledge platform available, which led them to take their existing relationship into the future. Dixa also assures that the existing customers would not have to come across any new format of customer experience. The acquisition will create a better data-driven experience. The co-founders of Elevio are now the shareholders of the extended workforce.
