In her role, Brixey will use her wealth of brand and retailer experience to support and enable C-level executives at consumer goods brands to mitigate their greatest business problems such as efficiencies in category strategy, revenue management, as well as navigating macroeconomic effects, product affordability and availability.

Brixey joins a growing team of industry veterans at Insite AI who come from retailers and brands including Walmart, PepsiCo, Mars, Target, Kroger and Albertsons Companies, as well as technology and consulting companies like Aptos, dunnhumby, Nielsen and Microsoft.

Prior to joining Insite AI, Brixey served as vice president of sales and customer leadership at The Coca Cola Company, where she was named as a 2022 Senior-Level Leader in the Top Women in Convenience awards by Convenience Store News. Additionally, Brixey spent more than five years at Keurig Dr Pepper managing the national Kroger warehouse direct portfolio. Before that, she worked in category management at Delhaize. Brixey has also been recognized for her leadership in collaborative business planning with top retailers across multiple channels and formats, where she will continue to thrive in her role at Insite AI.

“Whether it is a sales team, category advisory team, financial team or any business unit throughout the organization, every CPG company today is having to do more with less, but you cannot continue to apply the same legacy processes and expect to accelerate volume, achieve sales growth and become category leaders with fewer resources,” said Brixey. “CPG companies have evolved so quickly in terms of technology and data usage, but they have not caught up with how to resource against those assets appropriately. AI is where CPGs need to evolve, and Insite AI is a critical piece of this evolution.”

“Capri’s renowned experience across channels in food and beverage makes her an invaluable asset to executives at large CPGs looking to solve today’s key problems,” said Shaveer Mirpuri, co-founder and CEO, Insite AI. “Insite AI is thrilled to provide our global top 50 brand partners with her market intelligence and history of driving difference-making change.”

Brixey brings extensive leadership experience from both the supplier and retailer sides of the industry. In her roles, she has implemented data-forward business strategies, leading small- and large-store teams across multiple routes to market, channels, categories and segments in the industry.

Last year, Insite AI closed a venture funding round from NewRoad Capital and M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, and tripled its revenue in 15 months. The company’s advanced technology capabilities serve leading consumer brands to intelligently create assortment, space, pricing and trade promotion strategies that improve retailer collaboration, increase revenue and accelerate growth.
