“Over the last couple decades, we have been learning a lot as client expectations require more stringent processes, with increasing demands for innovation,” stated Ricardo Garza, VP of Innovation at Softtek. “We are doing exciting things both internally and for our clients with the help of cognitive computing and machine learning and look forward to expanding upon those efforts in 2021.”
As of December 2020, Softtek is one of seven companies worldwide to hold CMMI Level 5 for the V2.0 model in the categories of Development and Service.
“As 2020 comes to a close, we are proud to share our achievement within the CMMi V2.0 model, as a testament to the diligence, professionalism and rigor of our process improvement teams,” said Luis Cuellar, VP of Corporate Governance and Performance Improvement at Softtek. “While this is not the first time Softtek has achieved CMMi Level 5, this year we used FRIDA, one of our in-house artificial intelligence tools, to improve customer and employee experience and make better predictions for our development projects.”
