CaroMont Health Selects Ludi to Launch Mobile Platform for Physician Time Tracking & Payment
CaroMont Health, a regional not-for-profit health care system in North Carolina, has partnered with Ludi, Inc., a health care technology and physician-advocacy firm, to implement a digital platform that automates the way CaroMont tracks and pays medical teams for their administrative time. Known as DocTime Log, Ludi’s technology will also help optimize CaroMont’s physician spend year-round through ongoing data analytics and auditing capabilities.
For most hospitals, tracking physician administrative time is a paper-based operation that must follow Federal and state laws, making it a necessary, yet cumbersome process. Ludi’s software streamlines this, increasing transparency in the physician-payment process, so hospitals reduce costs, improve operations, drive compliance and build physician trust.
