Edgecore Networks Joins Facebook Connectivity’s Express Wi-Fi Channel Partner Program

Edgecore Networks, a leading provider of traditional and open network solutions for enterprise, data centers, and telecommunication service providers, signed an Express Wi-Fi Channel Partner Agreement with Facebook Connectivity. Under the Channel Partner program, Facebook Connectivity will enable Edgecore Networks to provide onboarding, training, and technical support services to service providers that are interested in providing Express Wi-Fi. Edgecore Networks is now able to enhance Express Wi-Fi engagement with service providers and better serve the customers.

Express Wi-Fi is a platform developed by Facebook Connectivity that service providers can use to deliver fast, affordable and reliable internet access over Wi-Fi. Express Wi-Fi includes a comprehensive set of tools that enables service providers to build, grow and monetize their Wi-Fi businesses in a sustainable and scalable way, helping prevent an even greater digital divide, closing the remaining gaps in internet inclusion and creating new economic opportunities.

Edgecore Networks currently has three Express Wi-Fi certified access points: ECW5211-L, ECWO5211-L, and OAP100 to cover indoor and outdoor deployments. Now, being a channel partner, Edgecore Networks is confident to expand the Express Wi-Fi footprint to more countries.
