Light Point Security Receives Recognition for Innovative Remote Browser Isolation Technology That Prevents All Browser-Based Threats

Light Point Security, the award-winning pioneer of Browser Isolation, announced that it has been named by the Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. (CAMI) a finalist for the Cybersecurity Innovator of the Year Award. The finalists were selected by an independent panel of judges represented by leaders in a variety of fields.

The Cybersecurity Innovator of the Year Award is presented to a Maryland company that has demonstrated exceptional innovation in the cybersecurity field with a technology designed to protect businesses and/or government entities from cyber threats, attack and/or damages. “Our Cybersecurity Innovators are the champions of the cyber world and represent the crème de la crème of Maryland cybersecurity technology providers,” said CAMI’s Board of Directors.

In addition to being named a finalist for the Cybersecurity Innovator of the Year Award, Light Point Security is also in the running for two other CAMI awards. The Best of Baltimore County Award will be awarded to the top cybersecurity company headquartered in Baltimore County, MD. The People’s Choice Award will be awarded to the company who receives the most votes online by the public. Voting for the People’s Choice Award is open until 4pm on April 11th. One winner from each category will be announced at the Maryland Cybersecurity Awards Celebration on April 11, 2019at the Live! C***** & Hotel in Hanover, MD.
