Higher Logic recognizes that in-person events are a key driver of enriching the customer experience for many organizations and is recommending a way to maximize the impact of a virtual conference. Due to the health concerns of COVID-19, large in-person events like Protech Fusion, SaaStr, Association of University Technology Managers, Facebook F8, the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, and Google I/O have already announced cancellations. Higher Logic is using its engagement expertise to offer solutions for those looking to host their events virtually.
This program will offer organizations the solution they need to organize their event online and facilitate discussions before, during and after the event. Included with this offer are pre-built event templates with specific design features and engagement elements to help facilitate the virtual conference. The goal is to enable the same networking and engagement experience that attendees get on-site at a conference while eliminating the health concerns of a large crowd.

It will also demonstrate the value of an online community, connecting customers and members at all times, especially when faced with unforeseen circumstances.”
