SelectQuote will deliver exceptional customer service and increase operational efficiency by developing voice bots based on Vonage´s API Platform and Artificial Solutions’ offering, LUIS^Teneo, a cloud architecture and SaaS-based platform in Microsoft Azure.

The SelectQuote Enroller Voicebot, in production, works as a supplement to current enrollment process by handling parts of the enrollment process through the phone.
