Overall leaders NortonLifeLock and IDWatchdog continued to deliver strong performances above their competition by providing leadership in prevention and resolution.

“As more products become free to consumers to use through their financial services provider, insurance, or employee benefits, the question remains as to how long consumers will be willing to pay if products do not continue to improve,” said Krista Tedder, Head of Fraud & Security at Javelin Strategy & Research. “For the first time, Javelin has provided feature by feature market adoption rates to demonstrate where solutions need to improve and what consumers find valuable.”
