Dynamic Signal Strengthens Leadership Bench with Key Hires
Industry Veterans Join Dynamic Signal to Accelerate Growth and Support Increasing Market Demand for Employee Communication and Engagement Platforms
Dynamic Signal, the leading Employee Communication and Engagement Platform, announced two additions to its leadership team. These new hires will support the company’s growth and generate broad awareness for its mobile-first technology platform that allows organizations to modernize, streamline, and measure employee and communication and engagement. Veteran marketing leader, Wendy Close, has joined the company as Vice President of Product and Customer Marketing and professional services expert, Nav Kalra has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Success, International.
These key hires strengthen Dynamic Signal’s team at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth, leading the $5 billion Employee Communication and Engagement market. Research has found that 85 percent of global workers are not actively engaged with their work and that companies with employees who rank in the top quartile of engagement are 21 percent more profitable than those with employees in the bottom quartile, making the focus on employee experience a top priority.

Our growth trajectory is proof positive that an engaged workforce is a crucial element in how today’s global enterprises attract and retain talent,” said Russ Fradin, CEO of Dynamic Signal. “As an organization, we are obsessed with being a world-class partner.
