Acquisition brings top 10 semiconductor customers | 200 high quality VLSI Design Engineers

ALTEN Calsoft Labs, the next-generation high end product design and digital transformation company, has acquired Si2Chip, a VLSI chip design company. This acquisition strengthens ALTEN Calsoft Labs’ VLSI practice that powers telecom and high-tech verticals by providing fast networking, AI enabled high-speed processing, and human-machine interfaces.

This acquisition adds domain specific expertise to the company’s current VLSI chip design portfolio by adding 200+ engineering experts with experience in specialized technologies such as ASIC physical implementation, Synthesis & STA, Embedded memories, Specialty memories (TCAM, Pseudo Dual & multi-Port), Standard cells, Foundation IP test chip and Analog & RF Layout in the semiconductor domain.
