Eltropy, Avtex Announce Partnership to Streamline Call Center Operations

Eltropy, “The Best* text messaging-based platform for Credit Unions”, and Avtex, a customer experience (CX) consulting and technology company have signed a reseller partnership. The partnership aims to help Credit Unions achieve higher member engagement levels by streamlining call center operations through improved communication with Text Messaging.
