Xtern Software Partners With Jetta to Revamp Website
Xtern Software, a software design and development studio, debuted HarmonyB2B, a Content Management System (CMS) powered by a robust database, CruxDB.
The newest customer to go live on HarmonyB2B is Jetta, a manufacturer of premium baths. Jetta is based out of Edmond, Oklahoma, and at nearly 40 years old, creates innovative bathtubs and hydrotherapy options, backed by exceptional customer support.

Given the diversity of products the company boasts, it was imperative for their website to handle endless product configurations. But more importantly, Jetta needed to build an experience that aligns with their passion for Nurturing Customer Relationships and Exceeding Expectations. This means that creating an experience for Jetta Partners to log in, gain insight, and value is just as important as the products themselves.
“We decided to work with Xtern largely because they understood the complexity of our business, and the necessity for us to be able to build relationships with distributor partners, homeowners, plumbers, builders, salespeople, and tub owners in a very intentional way,” said Sara Tsoodle, VP Marketing at Jetta. “The resulting user experience of the site is one that is very inviting, easy to navigate, but underpinned by an extremely powerful foundation.”
This type of project is exactly the type of challenge Xtern seeks. “It’s about deeply understanding the customer’s end goal, and executing on it,” said Keir Davis, President at Xtern. “We took Jetta’s vast number of products and created a user-friendly, dynamic, search-engine-optimized site.”

Xtern partners with B2B manufacturers, startups, nonprofits, and more. HarmonyB2B can be used to create B2C websites, and marketing websites, as well. No additional plugins are needed. And database content can be efficiently pushed to kiosk displays, mobile apps, and dealer portals.
The end result is a beautiful website, like Jetta’s, with powerful functionality.
“We believe the new website will help us build stronger relationships with our customer base, and ultimately drive revenue through our partner relationships,” Tsoodle said. “And we know that we’ll have Xtern with us every step of the way as we build out even more digital features.”
