Syngrafii Announces Strategic Channel Partnership With Digitcom
Digitcom and Syngrafii launch Canada wide campaign to promote Syngrafii eSignature and Video Signing Room solutions to Digitcom customers
Syngrafii Inc., the global eSignature company that provides the ability to execute original biometric ink signatures onto hard copy or electronic documents, announced that it has joined forces with Channel Partner and customer Digitcom, the Canada wide leader in voice and data communications. As part of the agreement Digitcom will be supporting Syngrafii in marketing Syngrafii’s technology to its client base across Canada.
Syngrafii recently released its new Version 2.3 web platform featuring technical and operational upgrades which further strengthen the platform’s robust biometric eSignature and Video Signing Room™ (VSR) compliance and non-repudiation functionalities. The platform enhancements also enable Syngrafii to work globally with industry associations and Channel Partners to design, implement, and track market and sector-specific sales campaigns.
“Syngrafii’s eSignature platform has been a core component of our client onboarding and servicing protocols for some time,” said David Crook, VP Sales and Marketing. “The enhanced Version 2.3 platform showcases the strides in their technology, and we look forward to working with Syngrafii to widen adoption of their range of eSignature solutions with our clients across Canada.”

Syngrafii has over 45 granted and pending applications for its pioneering e-Signature iinked Paper™ robotic LongPen®, and Video Signing Room™ technologies. The Syngrafii VSR™ all-in-one electronic signing solution enables compliant signing, witnessing, and secure storage of documents in a live video-conferencing session that can accommodate multiple document signers. The platform is also available as a white label solution.
“Our eSignature tools are already widely deployed by clients in the banking, legal, auto finance, and government sectors across Canada, the U.S. and EMEA,” said Matthew Gibson, CEO and co-founder of Syngrafii. “Our partnership with Digitcom is a great opportunity for Syngrafii to introduce its platform to Digitcom’s diverse customer base which shares a common interest in having best in class leading-edge technology solutions to improve their customer service and profitability.”
