At the time of the announcement, Kipp Bodnar, CMO at HubSpot said, “We wanted to bring together some of the best business creators to one podcast network to be the go-to source for business education and inspiration. We are just getting started. You will see a lot of other great creators come onto the network as the year progresses.”

Podcasting Tools are Great for Business

HubSpot grew its total customer base to 113,925 as on 31 March 2021. The customer base grew up 45% from March 31, 2020. In recent months, podcasting has become a standard tool for marketers to promote their products, services and ideas. As of 30 April 2021, there were more than 48 million podcast episodes online, published across various platforms. HubSpot’s leap into podcasting will add more value to the existing resources of audio files specifically targeting Marketing, Sales, and Business Development professionals.

HubSpot Podcast Network adds to CRM makers expanding business offerings. Recently, HubSpot announced new suite of tools with the launch of Operations Hub. The new product is designed to transform the role of operations professionals across the business world and empower them to take center stage in helping their companies scale.

With Operations Hub, users can unify customer data in a connected CRM platform, automate a host of time-consuming tasks, maintain a clean database with ease, and ultimately, play an active role in shaping their company’s strategy. By working together out of a shared system, operations teams also gain the ability to join forces under a unified revenue operations strategy. This in turn allows them to work together to proactively remove friction for internal teams and customers alike.

HubSpot’s EVP of Revenue Operations Alison Elworthy said, “They carry the responsibility for managing the systems, processes, and data that keep a scaling company running every day. As such, they are the orchestrators of the customer experience. Yet, most companies still treat operations as a reactive function whose sole purpose is to fight fires. With the launch of Operations Hub, we are not only bringing operations tools to the heart of our CRM platform, we are bringing operations teams to the forefront of the customer experience – where they belong. After all, to deliver a unified customer experience at scale, companies need to run better. And to run better, they need a unified revenue operations team working together in a connected CRM platform.”

HubSpot Podcast Network and Operations Hub have now joined the existing HubSpot CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub as part of the HubSpot CRM platform.
