In order to fuel this momentum, Observe.AI has hired Rich Wang as Vice President of Customer Success. Rich will run the post-sales customer journey and identify new opportunities for the business.

Rich brings 15+ years of experience in customer success and a wealth of knowledge from management roles at companies like Box, Medallia and STRIVR. In his roles, Rich has enabled enterprises and startups alike to engage and coach their employees, as well as build insights-driven customer journeys. At Observe.AI, Rich will put new workflows in place to take the company’s retention and product adoption to the next level.
