Guy Abramovitz joins Kajeet as chief financial officer. An industry veteran, he brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to his new role. Abramovitz most recently served as chief financial officer at Katabat and, prior to that, Workarea (formerly WebLinc). Before that, he served as vice president of finance and accounting at Veterinary Practice Partners. He began his impressive career working at several notable consulting firms – including Ernst & Young – performing due diligence.
At Kajeet, Abramovitz will be responsible for leading finance and accounting teams as well as identifying new strategic growth opportunities. He will also oversee human resources and play a key role in aligning operations to meet financial goals.

Furthering its market leadership in education, Kajeet also announced that Michael Flood has been promoted from senior vice president, strategy to general manager/senior vice president, education. Flood has more than 20 years of telecom industry experience and is a recognized expert in education technology. He is an active member of the Consortium on School Networking (CoSN) and is often sought after by the education community to provide thought leadership on emerging issues. Since joining Kajeet in 2011, he’s played an integral role in building the company’s education division from the ground up as well as in the formation of its award-winning IoT management platform, Sentinel®.
In his expanded role, Flood will be responsible for strengthening Kajeet’s robust education division, including identifying new market segments, developing and expanding strategic partnerships, driving sales and account management. He will also help drive product innovation to ensure ongoing customer success.
