John Milton has 25 years of experience with public, venture, and PE-backed companies. Milton most recently served as general counsel at Markforged and previously held senior legal positions at Imprivata, EqualLogic, Symantec, and Veritas. Milton also served as a law clerk to Judge John J. McNaught of the United States District Court in Boston.
David Baum joins Fuze’s board after 17 years at Goldman Sachs, running the M&A practice and serving on numerous private and public boards. In addition to his role as an investor and board member to various communications and technology companies, John Markley brings a breadth of UCaaS business expertise; notably his role as Chairman of the Board at Broadsoft for 15 years through its acquisition by Cisco.
