“Too many growing SaaS companies falter because they can’t effectively scale their post-sales client success organizations, leading to frustration and attrition,” said Brian Quinn, President & General Manager, AppsFlyer, North America. “Chad has had tremendous success helping publicly traded SaaS companies like Domo and Adobe scale their operations globally, and we’re delighted to have him bring his experiences and some of the vital structures, systems and processes he’s used to achieve that success to AppsFlyer.”
