Great Place to Work’s survey found that 95 percent of employees at The Trade Desk agree it is a great place to work, compared to 59 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. The survey also found that 97 percent of employees at The Trade Desk believe that people care about each other and the same percentage note that employees are made to feel welcome when joining the company. The positive feedback from the Great Place to Work’s survey shows that The Trade Desk creates an environment where employees are inspired by and contribute to the culture, and where they can participate in programs that support all employees.
