The Trade Desk Named a Best Medium Workplace by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE for Four Consecutive Years

Global advertising technology leader, The Trade Desk, is proud to have been named to FORTUNE and Great Place to Work’s 100 Best Medium Workplaces in 2020. This is the fourth consecutive year The Trade Desk has been included on the annual ranking of top workplaces with 100 to 999 U.S. employees. The Trade Desk has previously been recognized by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE as a Best Workplace for diversity, women, millennials and parents as well as ranking #1 in New York and #2 among technology companies.

Great Place to Work’s survey found that 95 percent of employees at The Trade Desk agree it is a great place to work, compared to 59 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. The survey also found that 97 percent of employees at The Trade Desk believe that people care about each other and the same percentage note that employees are made to feel welcome when joining the company. The positive feedback from the Great Place to Work’s survey shows that The Trade Desk creates an environment where employees are inspired by and contribute to the culture, and where they can participate in programs that support all employees. As The Trade Desk continues its rapid growth around the world, the company prides itself on protecting, enhancing and enriching its culture by living out its core values and attracting talent who reflect those values.
